Rent is based on 30 per cent of adjusted income. Rent is figured on annual income and annual medical expenses, with $400 yearly deductible for elderly, disabled, and handicap. Therefore, if you receive $300 or $1000 from Social Security per month, your rent will be figured according to what you receive. Out of pocket medical bills are deducted from income. The Department of Housing and Urban Development and Rural Development subsidize these projects. They pay the difference in basic rent and what you actually pay, if applicable. One pet is allowed with a $200 deposit and a 30lb maximum weight.
