SnTx Park I

The Development Corporation of Snyder, Inc. has developed a unique industrial park facility in Snyder, Texas. The 311 acres of prime industrial land are located at the intersection of US Highways 84 and 180. The site enjoys over six miles of Highway 84 visibility making the proposed entry monument a prominent landmark for corporate identification. Clearly marked highway exits and overpass afford safe access to the park for both truck and auto traffic. Support facilities are at the park's doorstep. These include an upscale 50 room motel and a major truck stop with a food court.

The park design will incorporate commercial, light industrial, and heavy industrial land usages. Tract sites are flexible. Current designs feature tracts for 2.5 acres to 150 acres to fit most every business need. Attention to detail in signage, factory placement, view corridor and right-of-way landscape design will define the park's character. Restrictions such as green belts, site landscaping, building set backs, screening, architectural standards, etc. will assure quality development.

Improvements set this park in a niche by itself. Park improvements such as underground utilities, gas lines, curb and guttered streets, full water/waste water tie-ins ensure basic business needs.

Snyder is a dually certified electrical service area. Two suppliers provide business the ability to competitively bid and negotiate electric rates (a member owned REA Coop and an investor-owned generating utility). The result is electrical service and rates nationally renowned for their competitive advantages.

SnTx Park I sets a new standard through the availability of high speed fiber optic communications throughout the park. This new technology sets the benchmark for communication quality and speed. Capabilities are significant. Multiple T-1 lines are available. Business options are vast. Televideo conference to multi-locations, real-time data transfer, and real-time operation's management are a few examples of potential systems. Instantaneous linkage of operations, customers and suppliers on a global level are well within the park's capabilities.
